Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
In consideration of being allowed to participate or attend an activity sponsored by K4 Sports, LLC (DBA Victory Lane Sports Park) & KCCM Enterprises, LLC all participants and attendees over 18 or the guardians of those attending who are under 18 agree to the following:

1. The participant is instructed that prior to participating that he or she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if he or she believes anything is unsafe, the participant should immediately advise the supervisor of such conditions.
2. Fully understand and acknowledge that sports activities are dangerous: there are risks and dangers with participation, including, but not limited to bodily injury, partial and or total injury not known to us or not foreseeable at this time.
3. Acknowledges the risk to have direct or indirect contact with individuals who have been exposed to and/or diagnosed with one or more communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other medical conditions, diseases, or maladies, and/or any mutation or variation thereof, does exist and it is impossible to eliminate the risk that I become infected through contact with or close proximity to an individual with a communicable disease.
4. Knowingly accept and assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others and assume full responsibility for my participation and the losses and or damages following such injury, disability, or death.
5. HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE and hold harmless K4 Sports, (DBA Victory Lane Sports Park or KCCM Enterprises, LLC), Maricopa County and/or its directors, officers, employees, representatives, or agents, or other participants, staff, coaches, officials, agents, or owners against any claim associated with participating or attending in the event.
6. It is agreed that this Waiver and Release Agreement covers each and every activity sponsored by K4 Sports, (DBA Victory Lane Sports Park) or KCCM Enterprises, LLC.


THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE; UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHT BY SIGNING
VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT. IF THE PARTICIPANT IS A MINOR, THE PARENT/LEAGAL GUARDIAN MUST SIGN BELOW THE MINOR.



Terms:
By purchasing a ticket to Victory Lane Sports Park, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

2. Event Changes
Event schedules, game times, and field assignments are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

3. Weather Policy
Events may continue in light rain. In the event of severe weather, decisions will be made by park management. No refunds will be given for delays, shortened games or game cancellations.

4. Admission Requirements
All spectators must present a valid digital or printed ticket upon entry. Tickets are valid only for the date listed at time of purchase.

5. Code of Conduct
Victory Lane Sports Park promotes a positive, family-friendly environment. Unsportsmanlike behavior, abusive language, or misconduct may result in removal from the facility without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk
By entering the facility, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sporting events, including but not limited to foul balls, errant throws, and other on-field activity.

7. Facility Rules
Outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive items are strictly prohibited. Victory Lane Sports Park reserves the right to inspect bags and deny entry when necessary.

8. Media Release
By entering the park, guests consent to the use of their image or likeness in promotional materials, social media, and marketing efforts without compensation.
